As long as they’re within the scope of your original request, we’re happy to make any amends without charge. However, we ask plenty of questions upfront to help us get it right first time, so the more detail you can give us, the better.

We’ve listed our main services on our website, but we’re happy to work on pretty much any type of copy. We’ve written everything from blogs to book blurbs in the past, so if you’ve got something else in mind, please do ask.

For some projects, we’ll ask for a small upfront deposit before we start work – the deposit amount will vary depending on the size of the project, but we’ll specify this in our quote. We may also ask you to pay in stages as the work progresses - if this is the case, we’ll agree it with you before going ahead. The remaining balance will become payable once the work’s completed and you’ve signed it off. For ongoing work, we’ll usually invoice you on a monthly basis.

Absolutely not! While AI can be helpful in some areas, it’s certainly not comparable to our expert human writers who have years of copywriting experience and a sound understanding of the principles of consumer psychology. AI can only generate copy based on what’s already out there, which means it’s usually boring, repetitive and rarely very effective.

Our free copy sample is designed to give you an idea of the sort of thing you can expect from us. This could be a single product description, a paragraph to feature on a web page, or a social media post, for example. We'll agree it with you based on your needs. Just so you know, as per our T&Cs, any copy provided as part of a free sample is considered our intellectual property and is therefore not to be published by you unless a paid service is subsequently taken out, or you choose to purchase the sample from us for a small fee (agreed upon request).
